Sustainable Cocktail Masterclass

We host fun and interactive cocktail making classes focused not only on teaching you to make delicious homemade cocktails, but how to do it using Fair Trade, locally produced and artisan products.

A typical class looks something like this;

A glass of Prosecco upon arrival, you making two cocktails, and a recipe card to take home with cocktails you have made.

Timetable 7:30pm – 9:00pm

Introduction – A very brief history of the cocktail and a chat about the sustainable brands we will be using to make the drinks.

How to make cocktails – A look at the various techniques for making drinks; stirring, shaking, throwing and measuring. We’ll also introduce the recipes you’ll be making.

Making cocktails – We split into groups and put into practice all of that knowledge we just gained by making the first drink.

Drinking cocktails – We take a quick break to enjoy our creations.

Making more cocktails – Learn, practice, master! We come back together to make drink number two.
