When we’re thinking about food and drinks (we do that quite a bit), we’re always careful about the brands we want to work with and the products we want to support. We think about how, why and where they come from.
We’re always on the lookout for more natural, traceable and unadulterated ingredients. We are super proud that all of our menus are made using only those products that live up to these standards.

So you can enjoy some guilty pleasures without feeling guilty about where they’ve come from.
GUILT-FREE DRINKING
Our cocktails are made using only Fair-Trade, ethically or locally sourced small-batch ingredients. Our aim is to reduce the distance our products travel so as to support local independent producers. We also try and ensure that farmers in the developing world are paid a fair price for their produce by buying Fair Trade certified spirits. Oh and also to craft simple and elegant yet delicious drinks. Guilt-free drinking, what’s not to like about that?!
